Kayak Patagonia

In this adventure, we will paddle in kayaks along the Alumine River for 5 days. Its calm, crystal clear waters and light currents will make our crossing peaceful. What counts now is listening to the sound of water and contemplating nature.
Even if you have no experience in this type of adventure, don't worry, Red Wolf offers all the equipment and support you need to safely complete this journey.

The expedition

Patagonia, is one of the most beautiful and wild places in the world. A remote region that houses a pristine beauty. And it is in this scenario that our expedition happens!
In this adventure, we will row in kayaks along the Aumine River for 5 days. Its calm, crystal clear waters and currents will make our crossing smooth.
What counts now is listening to the sound of water and contemplating nature.
Even if you have no experience in this type of adventure, don't worry, Red Wolf offers all the equipment and support you need to safely complete this journey.
Your guide will be Diogo Guerreiro, 3 times world record holder in extreme adventures and host of Canal Off.
In this expedition, besides the rowing we will have the opportunity to learn some survival techniques in the forest, after all we will camp for 4 days in the wild Patagonian environment.
Get ready to experience Patagonia in its most natural, wild and beautiful form.

What to bring

  • In this expedition we advise to carry as little luggage as possible, as we will have to accommodate all our belongings in waterproof backpacks. We will provide a 40 liter waterproof backpack per person and all your clothes and belongings should fit inside that backpack. The Red Wolf Experience will offer the essentials for our camp, such as:

  • Tents;

  • Sleeping bags;

  • Thermal Insulation (inflatable mattress); 

  • Camping Stove;

  • Plates and cutlery;

  • Food.

How to get there

We will start our expedition in the city of San Martin de Los Andes.

 

Airplane

To reach San Martin de Los Andes, there are 2 options;

- San Martin de Los Andes Airport;

- Bariloche Airport;

San Martin de Los Andes Airport is a 30-minute drive to the house we will be staying at.

Bariloche Airport is 2 hours and 30 minutes from the house.

 

 

 

By car

From Buenos Aires, it is about 1550km - most of them on roads such as RN 5, RN 152, RN 237 and RN 40, passing mainly through the city of Neuquén, where you can make a stop.
